Judge Kelly is a longtime resident of Kentwood, and is a parishioner of Saint Mary Magdalen. He is a father of five children. Judge Kelly has a great interest in technology and he looks for ways that technology can better serve the justice system and the community of Kentwood.

Please join Marshall Kilgore and me as we lead a Community Conversation on homelessness in Kent County. We will meet on Sunday, November 10 from 2-4 pm at Broad Leaf Local Beer. Joining us will be keynote speaker Judge William Kelly. Judge Kelly has served the Kentwood community as Kentwood’s first and only district court judge. Judge Kelly was elected in November of 1978.
Two of the panelists joining the discussion will be Kent County Commissioner Stephen Wooden and Wende Randall, Executive Director of the Essential Needs Task Force.
