Judge Kelly was elected in November of 1978. \n\nJudge Kelly is a longtime resident of Kentwood\, and is a parishioner of Saint Mary Magdalen. He is a father of five children. Judge Kelly has a great interest in technology and he looks for ways that technology can better serve the justice system and the community of Kentwood.\n\n\n\nTwo of the panelists joining the discussion will be Kent County Commissioner Stephen Wooden and Wende Randall\, Executive Director of the Essential Needs Task Force.
