A local Communication & IT Design Firm is looking for a Designer experienced in Revit to join their team.

As a Revit Designer, you will be instrumental in creating detailed architectural designs and schematics that meet client specifications. You will utilize your core skills in CAD and drafting, alongside premium skills in Revit and AutoCAD, to produce high-quality design documents. Your strong communication and organizational skills will facilitate collaboration with project teams, while your relevant experience in 2D animation and construction will enhance project outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed schematics and drafting designs using Revit and AutoCAD to support project development.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize 2D animation and graphic design skills to present concepts visually.
  • Organize and manage project documentation, ensuring timely updates and communication with team members.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
  • Conducting site visits, verifying information and good documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit and CAD software for drafting and design tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD and graphic design principles
  • Familiarity with construction processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of 2D animation and its application in design
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
