Event Description:
Join us for the Annual Community Tree Lighting Ceremony! This year's event takes place on a Friday night starting with a holiday light parade. There will also be hay rides, hot chocolate and cookies, live music, caroling, and of course a visit from Santa!
Elves Express Gift Shop @ the Kentwood Library
Shop for your Grandmas, Grandpas, Sisters, Brothers, Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Friends, Pets. GIFTS STARTING AT $1.00 EACH! Families can come early to shop for the perfect gifts for each other at the “Elves Express Gift Shop” and then stay to enjoy the Annual Community Tree Lighting Event
scheduled from 6:00-8:00pm. Holiday Shopping Made Easy!
Holiday Light Parade
Before the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, we'll have a holiday light parade to start the evening’s festivities. The parade will start at the Kentwood Public Works at 5068 Breton SE. The Parade will travel north on Breton for about ¼ mile. The parade will end at Kentwood Justice Center at 4740 Walma SE. Cost is $15 to participate.
