Breakfast with Purpose
Breakfast with Purpose: A Framework for HR SuccessHuman Resource teams at most small and mid-sized organizations are balancing many different priorities and wearing a lot of hats. Every day it becomes more difficult for companies to make people processes run well while also managing a myriad of regulations…HR professionals are constantly asking “what should I be focusing on next?”
In this Breakfast with Purpose, we will explore a framework for an organization’s HR journey from understanding the basics, to implementing programs, to long-term strategic initiatives. Participants will identify where they are in their HR journey, what essentials they might be missing, and what area they need to focus on next.
You will walk away one step closer to having strong people processes that can help your organization attract and retain top talent, manage your risk, and outperform the competition.
As a takeaway, you will have the option to complete a HR Current State Survey and we will prepare a complementary analysis to help you identify next steps in your organization's HR journey.
