Tidy Lots Inc

About Us

Tidy Lots Inc. is a locally owned commercial parking lot and landscape litter cleanup company serving Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan communities. Founded in 2018, we help businesses, property managers, retail centers, and commercial properties maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking properties year-round.

Our specialized services include parking lot and landscape litter pickup, curb-line cleanup, cigarette butt and pet waste removal, garbage bag and container maintenance, trash can service, blower service, cobweb removal, abandoned item removal, and skid/pallet removal.

Unlike general landscaping or janitorial companies, Tidy Lots focuses specifically on the often-overlooked exterior areas of commercial properties. Our goal is simple: make it easier for property owners and managers to keep their properties clean, attractive, and welcoming without adding another task to their staff's workload.

We provide dependable scheduled service tailored to each property's needs, from weekly and multiple-times-per-week cleanup to less frequent maintenance. Our team serves retail centers, shopping plazas, office properties, industrial sites, and other commercial locations throughout the area.

Tidy Lots is proud to be a growing West Michigan business and an active part of the local business community. We believe that clean properties contribute to stronger businesses, better customer experiences, and more attractive communities.
